Lawyer Hu Ming, Chairperson of DHH Partners' Meeting and Director of the DHH Research Institute, delivered the opening address. He introduced that the annual conference featured 31 lawyer presentations and 36 professor/expert commentaries on site, marking a new record in the event's history.
