<div style="text-align: justify;">On 9 January 2024, Changjiu Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as &quot;Changjiu&quot;, stock code 6959) successfully completed its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.
