1997年毕业于青岛大学，获国际经济法学学士；2021年毕业于大连海事大学，获国际法学硕士；2002-2003年获英 国司法大臣奖学金，在英国伦敦大学政经学院访问学者。2014-2017年政法大学中加比较法研究员。

Lawyer Qiu Yuxia is a senior co-partner at Beijing Deheheng Law Firm and head of its Toronto office. She possesses extensive experience in cross-border investment, dispute resolution, inheritance, family law, and tax law. Qiu is a licensed financial advisor in California, USA, and British Columbia and Ontario, Canada.
Qiu graduated from Qingdao University in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in international economic law and from Dalian Maritime University in 2021 with a master's degree in international law. She received the British Lord Chancellor's Scholarship from 2002 to 2003 and was a visiting scholar at the University of London. Between 2014-2017, she was a researcher in China-Canada Comparative Law at China University of Political Science and Law.
