当地时间2025年11月2日至7日，国际律师协会(International Bar Association)2025年度会议在加拿大多伦多市举办。来自世界各地逾5000位律师参加此次盛会。此次会议历时6日，汇集了全球法律界的众多领军人物与专业人士，议题涵盖跨境争议解决、资产修复与追逃、ESG、知识产权、劳动法及投资并购等多个重要领域，是一场高规格的国际法律盛会。
From November 2 to 7, 2025, local time, the International Bar Association 2025 Annual Conference was held in Toronto, Canada. Over 5,000 attorneys from around the world participated in this grand event. Lasting six days, the conference brought together numerous leading figures and professionals from the global legal community, covering crucial topics such as cross-border dispute resolution, asset recovery and fugitive repatriation, ESG, intellectual property, labor law, investment, and M&A, making it a high-level international legal gathering.

As the Deputy Director and Senior Equity Partner of DHH Shanghai Office, Attorney Xing Zhifan was invited to attend the conference. She served as one of the keynote speakers, joining experts from the United States, Canada, Germany, and other countries to discuss gender equality and the protection of women's rights in sports events from the perspectives of domestic civil law, labor law, sports law, and international sports regulations. This issue spans multiple areas, including cross-border legal conflicts, sports dispute resolution, developments in medical standards, and labor employment protection. Attorney Xing Zhifan provided a comparative law analysis, reviewing statutes and judicial precedents from several countries, including the United States, Australia, Canada, Japan, India, and China. She exchanged views with international colleagues on key issues such as international sports governance and cross-border dispute resolution, with her professional sharing garnering positive attention from the attendees.

邢芝凡律师，法学与工商管理学双学位学士、法学硕士，后赴英国剑桥大学访学进修。北京德和衡(上海)律师事务所高级权益合伙人，专注于境内及涉外商事争议解决、企业合规和劳动法，具有十余年涉外法律服务经验，为客户累计处理近百亿纠纷，被汤森路透《亚洲法律杂志》(ALB)评选为长三角地区客户首选律师。其同时还是上海市律协企业合规专业委员会委员、华东政法大学国际教育学院实务导师、上海市宝山泛亚国际调解中心调解员。其撰写的专业文章被刊载于国内主流期刊杂志。
Attorney Xing Zhifan holds dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Business Administration, a Master of Laws, and subsequently pursued further studies at the University of Cambridge, UK. She currently serves as a Senior Partner at Beijing DHH Law Firm (Shanghai) Office, focusing on domestic and international commercial dispute resolution, corporate compliance, and labor law. With over ten years of experience in foreign-related legal services, she has handled disputes for clients involving cumulative amounts totaling nearly ten billion yuan. She was recognized by Thomson Reuters' Asian Legal Business as “Client’s Choice” in the Yangtze River Delta Region. She is also a member of the Shanghai Bar Association Corporate Compliance Professional Committee, a Practical Mentor for the International Education School of East China University of Political Science and Law, and a Mediator at the Baoshan Pan Asia International Commercial Mediation Center of Shanghai. Her professional articles have been published in mainstream domestic journals and magazines.
